Location and details of the property
The property is located in the north of the Czech Republic, in a region called “The Bohemian Paradise”. The region gets it’s name from the beautiful landscapes and stunning views. From the peaceful villages spread across the region, to the deep forests, mountains and sandstone rock towers, shaped by centuries of wind and water. The location is easily accessible by car and is approximately a 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from the Prague Airport.
Across the Road: Our Ranch Sanctuary
Right across from the retreat center lies our co-founder Marta’s ranch — a living, breathing extension of the retreat experience. Here you’ll find horses and other animals in a natural setting that invites connection and presence.
The horses aren’t just for riding — they’re teachers. Through immersive encounters, you’ll learn to communicate beyond words, build trust, and feel the calm strength they embody.
Time at the ranch offers a chance to slow down, step out of your mind, and connect with animals in a way that mirrors your connection to yourself and nature — a grounding, healing, and unforgettable complement to the retreat.

Our 7-day all-inclusive retreats start at €1,500. When bookings open, the first 30 people to reserve their spot will receive a €250 Founding-Tribe discount and priority booking.
Our goal is to open summer 2026, (subject to progress)
Flights are not included. Optional transfers from the nearest airport/train station available.
*Our retreat is designed around semi-outdoor living in nature. The main building is still being completed, so for the first few retreats the indoor fallback option may be in a more basic form (temporary facilities or shared spaces).

About the founders
Marta Řezníčková grew up just across the road from our retreat land, spending her childhood among horses and farm animals on her family’s ranch.
Guided by spiritual principles her whole life, she embodies a calm, grounded presence that immediately makes guests feel safe and welcome. With decades of experience working with horses, Marta brings unique depth to our animal-based activities, helping people connect with these gentle beings in meaningful ways.
Her creative spirit is always sparking new workshops and ideas, and through the retreat she is fulfilling her dream of sharing her land, her animals, and her way of life with others.
Yordi Nolet grew up in the Netherlands and, after a long difficult period in his life, he began rebuilding his life eight years ago.
The path wasn’t easy, but through spirituality and discipline he found resilience, clarity, and a new way of living. Over the years he immersed himself in ceremonies and retreats, gaining wisdom and practices that now guide his work as both a lifestyle coach and tour guide.
His dream is to help people discover joy, balance, and inner freedom, so they can live life as fully as he does.

Each retreat is limited to just 10 participants to keep the experience intimate and personal.
Yes. waitlist members receive our early bird price, saving up to €250 on the retreat package. This is only available for the first 30 bookings.
We’ll send you an email as soon as booking opens. From there, you’ll have a limited window of time to confirm your spot before we release the remaining spaces to the public.
